/Yukina/
I was in a hospital of some accident. I have a pair of scars which looked like a pair of wings that sprouted from my back. It really hurt a lot. I wanted to get down of the bed. I heaved a sigh and got off of my bed. I wore the clothes that were provided by the hospital.
I walked to the garden. I strolled around and I saw someone was lying on the ground. I rushed to the person and it was a boy. I noticed a wheelchair behind him, so I guessed he fell off of it. I slowly carried him up and sat him on the wheelchair. Then, he slowly opened his eyes. I kneeled in front of him and he smiled.
He was so feminine and he seemed so kind and caring. He had a head of navy blue hair and a pair of same colour eyes.
“Thank you for helping me.” He smiled.
“No, it’s ok…” I was blushing as he was so handsome.
“May I know your name?”
“My name is Yukina.”
“You have a beautiful name and eyes. My name is Yukimura.”
“Thank you. I’m a Eurasian, that’s why my eyes are one green and one blue.”
“Oh, that’s nice.”
“So, may I ask why you are in the hospital?” I asked.
“I have Guillain-BarrĂ© syndrome, a neurological disease.”
“Oh… I’m sorry…”
“No, it’s ok. It’s good to see someone care here.” He smiled.
“Why do you say that? Don’t your friends care about you?”
“They do, but they have to fight on their own.”
“What do you mean?”
“They play tennis and I’m the captain. I felt so useless for having this syndrome.”
I placed my hand on top of his and smiled.
“Don’t worry. I think that they have placed faith and hope in you, so do your best to recover from it.”
“Thank you so much, Yukina. I’ve just known you.”
“Well, you want to go back to your friends. You have to be strong.”
“Ha-ha, you’re right.” He chuckled.
Both of us talked about each other and I got to know that he was the captain of Rikkai Dai Tennis Club. Yukimura told me that he was the three monsters of the Rikkai Dai. However, he did not look like one though. His two friends and he joined the tennis club when they were only first years.
“Yukina, do you have any friends?” He asked.
“Not really…” I looked down, “Nobody cares even if I die…”
“I don’t believe in that. You’re an angel.”
“No, I’m not… I have to go now… Bye…” I stood and walked to my ward.
/Yukimura/
I watched as Yukina walked away. She was a nice girl, but no one cares about her. A nurse came and pushed me back to my ward. I was thinking of Yukina. I hoped that she was alright. I was reading a book and my doctor came in with the reports.
I was alright and I might get discharged very soon. I was thinking about Yukina. I turned and asked the doctor about her.
“Doctor, do you know a patient named Yukina?”
“Yes, I do. She’s one of my patients.” He answered.
“Why is she in the hospital?”
“She had a car accident and the one that knocked her down was her own father.”
I was shock and the doctor had left the room. No wonder that Yukina said that no one cared about her. Her own father was trying to kill her. I left the bed and I could walk again. I guessed the syndrome had subsided. I walked to her ward and saw Yukina lying on the bed while looking out of the window.
I placed my hand on her shoulder and she looked at me teary eyes. Yukina just embraced me and I was surprised but I understood how she feels. I hugged her closely and just being there with her.
/Yukina/
I looked up and Yukimura was smiling like an angel so much. I knew that my father was the one that wanted me to be dead. Yukimura held me more tightly and comforted me. He sat on my bed and I lay my head on his chest. I could his warmth from his body.
“Yukina, don’t be sad, alright?” He said with concern and with his tender voice.
I remained silent and he wiped my tears away. Yukimura was a strong person even though his body was weak. I could not be like him. I gazed into his eyes and he did too. His deep blue eyes were so beautiful. He kissed my forehead and I blushed.
“Yukina, you’re an angel and I know that.”
“Yukimura…”
“I saw you before. You’re the girl that was sent in here for ER. I saw the scars on your back. It was like a pair of wings sprout from out of your back.”
“Yukimura… I…”
“Be my angel.” He smiled.
“I…” I trailed off as his tender lips were on mine.
“We’re angels of each other and I love you.”
“I love you too… Angel…”
