/Risa/
I was eating my lunch with my friend, well not best friend. Then, I saw a boy with red hair, chewing on a bubble gum walked to another side of the table. I sighed and my friend was having her eyes beaming with stars. She liked him for a long time.
“Hi May, is this your friend?” He asked.
“Yeah, she is Risa. Rise, he’s Marui.” My friend introduced.
“Hi…” I simply waved, “I got to go, see you later?” I walked away.
~Marui~
Risa… So that was her name… Finally, I got to know her name. I stood up and followed her. She was going to the rooftop. She sat at the shade and I sat beside her.
“Hey, my name is Marui. Nice meeting you.” I started with a smile.
“Hi… Risa.” She answered plainly.
“Are you always that cold?”
“Here, want this?” She handed me a bag of chips.
“Of course I want!” I pounced on her and I was on top of her.
She was blushing madly and I was too. I have loved her since the day she came into this school. I inched closed and placed my lips on hers. Her lips were tender and sweet because of her lip balm or was it my gum? I removed my lips from hers and my gum was in her mouth.
She was chewing on it. I sat up and pulled her up as well. I opened the bag of chips and she was still blushing. I ate one and she followed too.
“Let share this, okay?” Both of us spoke at the same time and laughed.

Ryou Kisarazu-First meeting
/Ryou/
Same old day today… I wondered is there anything new here. I sat in the park and stared up to the sky. My twin brother was not at home as he was in his dormitory in his high school. My mom was out and dad was working. Feeling the breeze was so good, but then my cap flew off. I started to run for it.
The wind stopped and my cap landed in front of a girl. She picked it up and she was gorgeous. She had a pair of auburn eyes and a head of rose red hair. She tilted her head and smiled. She looked so cute.
“Is this yours?” She asked.
“Yeah…” I answered and she handed it to me.
“Don’t wear a cap next time when the wind starts to blow, okay?”
“Yeah, sure…” She walked but I stopped, “What’s your name?”
“My name is Aya, what’s yours?”
“Ryou.”
“Well, nice to meet you, Ryou.” She smiled.
Just this first meeting, both of us had been together for a few months since then.
“Ryou, what are you thinking now?” Aya asked.
“Nothing, just thinking about you.” I held her and she smiled.

Seiichi Yukimura-An angel
/Yukina/
I was in a hospital of some accident. I have a pair of scars which looked like a pair of wings that sprouted from my back. It really hurt a lot. I wanted to get down of the bed. I heaved a sigh and got off of my bed. I wore the clothes that were provided by the hospital.
I walked to the garden. I strolled around and I saw someone was lying on the ground. I rushed to the person and it was a boy. I noticed a wheelchair behind him, so I guessed he fell off of it. I slowly carried him up and sat him on the wheelchair. Then, he slowly opened his eyes. I kneeled in front of him and he smiled.
He was so feminine and he seemed so kind and caring. He had a head of navy blue hair and a pair of same colour eyes.
“Thank you for helping me.” He smiled.
“No, it’s ok…” I was blushing as he was so handsome.
“May I know your name?”
“My name is Yukina.”
“You have a beautiful name and eyes. My name is Yukimura.”
“Thank you. I’m a Eurasian, that’s why my eyes are one green and one blue.”
“Oh, that’s nice.”
“So, may I ask why you are in the hospital?” I asked.
“I have Guillain-Barré syndrome, a neurological disease.”
“Oh… I’m sorry…”
“No, it’s ok. It’s good to see someone care here.” He smiled.
“Why do you say that? Don’t your friends care about you?”
“They do, but they have to fight on their own.”
“What do you mean?”
“They play tennis and I’m the captain. I felt so useless for having this syndrome.”
I placed my hand on top of his and smiled.
“Don’t worry. I think that they have placed faith and hope in you, so do your best to recover from it.”
“Thank you so much, Yukina. I’ve just known you.”
“Well, you want to go back to your friends. You have to be strong.”
“Ha-ha, you’re right.” He chuckled.
Both of us talked about each other and I got to know that he was the captain of Rikkai Dai Tennis Club. Yukimura told me that he was the three monsters of the Rikkai Dai. However, he did not look like one though. His two friends and he joined the tennis club when they were only first years.
“Yukina, do you have any friends?” He asked.
“Not really…” I looked down, “Nobody cares even if I die…”
“I don’t believe in that. You’re an angel.”
“No, I’m not… I have to go now… Bye…” I stood and walked to my ward.
/Yukimura/
I watched as Yukina walked away. She was a nice girl, but no one cares about her. A nurse came and pushed me back to my ward. I was thinking of Yukina. I hoped that she was alright. I was reading a book and my doctor came in with the reports.
I was alright and I might get discharged very soon. I was thinking about Yukina. I turned and asked the doctor about her.
“Doctor, do you know a patient named Yukina?”
“Yes, I do. She’s one of my patients.” He answered.
“Why is she in the hospital?”
“She had a car accident and the one that knocked her down was her own father.”
I was shock and the doctor had left the room. No wonder that Yukina said that no one cared about her. Her own father was trying to kill her. I left the bed and I could walk again. I guessed the syndrome had subsided. I walked to her ward and saw Yukina lying on the bed while looking out of the window.
I placed my hand on her shoulder and she looked at me teary eyes. Yukina just embraced me and I was surprised but I understood how she feels. I hugged her closely and just being there with her.
/Yukina/
I looked up and Yukimura was smiling like an angel so much. I knew that my father was the one that wanted me to be dead. Yukimura held me more tightly and comforted me. He sat on my bed and I lay my head on his chest. I could his warmth from his body.
“Yukina, don’t be sad, alright?” He said with concern and with his tender voice.
I remained silent and he wiped my tears away. Yukimura was a strong person even though his body was weak. I could not be like him. I gazed into his eyes and he did too. His deep blue eyes were so beautiful. He kissed my forehead and I blushed.
“Yukina, you’re an angel and I know that.”
“Yukimura…”
“I saw you before. You’re the girl that was sent in here for ER. I saw the scars on your back. It was like a pair of wings sprout from out of your back.”
“Yukimura… I…”
“Be my angel.” He smiled.
“I…” I trailed off as his tender lips were on mine.
“We’re angels of each other and I love you.”
“I love you too… Angel…”

Sanada Genichiroh-So that’s the reason
/Aki/
I was training kendo in the dojo of Sanada Family. My sensei told me to rest for a while so I kneeled down and sat on my legs. I closed my eyes and meditated. I did not wish anything to bother me right now. Sensei said that he was going to introduce his son to me.
I have no interest in him. If he had the talents of Kendo, I might listen to him once. Then, I heard the door slides open and I faced the door. It was a boy that was so much taller than me. He had a head of black-blue hair and a pair of light brown eyes. He had a calm but strict features and he was talking to Sensei.
I noticed that they were looking and talking about me. I returned to my position of meditation. Footsteps stopped behind me and I took out my bamboo sword and hit him. However, he stopped the attack and I was impressed. I placed my sword down and bowed to him.
“I’m sorry for attacking without warning.” I said sincerely.
“I’m impressed with your concentration.” He responded.
“Arigatou.” I smiled.
“You must be Aki.” He said.
“Yes and you must be Sensei’s son, Genichiroh.”
“Yes, I am. Let’s resume practice.”
I nodded and both of us trained. After a few hours, I have lost against Genichiroh. I was sitting on the floor, panting heavily. Genichiroh sat beside me and I tilted my head to look at him confusedly. He had a strict face and I did not mind it at all. I liked the way he acted, serious and smart.
“Aki, do you know how to play Tennis?” Genichiroh asked.
“Yes, I do. Why do you ask?”
“We could practice together.”
“Thank you Genichiroh, but my body is not that well.”
He nodded and I noticed that there was a hint of sadness in his eyes. I shrugged it off and looked away. I picked up my sword and walked to the door. I opened and looked back to Genichiroh. I smiled while tilting my head.
“See you tomorrow, Genichiroh.” I said and walked out of the dojo.
/Sanada/
“See you tomorrow, Aki.” I muttered.
She left and I did not even know where she studied. I picked my sword and went to change. I was hoping that my father was not watching us when we were talking to each other. Otherwise, he would be starting to push me to marry some girl that I did not even know.
A few days ago, my father was saying that I have a fiancée. I was surprised that my father just agreed to it without telling me. I did not know how my fiancée looked like. I sat on my bed and thought of Aki. I really hoped that my fiancée was her. My eyes were slowly closed and I slept.
Morning came and the rays of light shone to my eyes. I turned to look at the clock and it was still early. I did my daily routine and went to the kitchen. My mother was already preparing breakfast for the family. I sat down and greeted her.
“Good morning, Okaa-san.”
“Good morning, Genichiroh. So, did you talk to the girl last night?” She asked.
“Are you pointing to Aki?”
“Yes, she’s a nice girl. I don’t like your father for forcing you to marry a girl that you didn’t even meet.”
“I know, but this is my father’s decision.”
“I understand.” She said and placed breakfast on the table.
“Where is Father?”
He’s in the garden.” She smiled and I nodded.
I ate my breakfast and prepared my things for school. I went out to the garden and saw my father was tending to his plants. I approached him and he turned.
“I knew that you want to talk me about your marriage.” My father started.
“Father, I wish to decline it.” I answered.
“Son, there’s nothing I could do. I have promised to my friend that when the both of our child grew up, they will marry each other.”
I nodded and left half heartedly for school. I was walking down the road. Then, I saw a familiar figure standing a few meters away from me. It was Aki. She was listening to her music and I saw her uniform. It was our school’s uniform. She studied in my school. I was too dense to notice her.
She turned and saw me. She smiled and approached me.
“Ohayo, Genichiroh-kun.” She smiled.
“Ohayo, Aki.” I greeted.
“So, we’re heading to the same place.”
I nodded and walked first. Aki was following me and I heard she was singing.
/Aki/
I was singing my favorite song: Heart of Sword.
“When I’m alone, tomorrow feels so far away.
And I must go over still into the darkness of dawn.
If I try to play it straight, it will no doubt fail, and tonight it won’t go well between us again.
You can’t see all of my hard efforts, because it’s only result is that it makes no sense.
It really is a ‘tightrope.’
More effort, more damage—this is my daily life.
Taking a cynical attitude may give me some comfort…
Hiding myself, heated and irritated; living only a short time.
When I’m alone, tomorrow feels far away.
And I must go over still into the darkness of dawn.
If I let my emotions free, my dreams will once again not go well.
I think the balance sheet of my life is imperfect.
If I add up the plusses and minuses, will it really equal to zero?
I want to control all my luck that may be used up before my life is ended.
You don’t know—you can change logic at your will.
I hurt myself because of you, over and over; but my love didn’t go away—it kept coming back.
The toughness gained from my damage is unbelievable.
I won’t be able to sleep at all tonight either.
However many times it’s repeated…
It revives again and again—because it’s love.
You can’t blame my emotion.
Because you should know it will never fade away.
When I’m alone, tomorrow feels far away.
And even though I’m in the darkness of dawn, I have to go.
I don’t care about ‘bad affinity’.
Even if our love is not doing well, nevertheless we have deep ties.”
I loved the song so much that I was crying because of the meanings. I felt so painful at the last part of the song. I looked at Genichiroh and I was blushing. I looked down and walked ahead of him. Then, I felt someone held my wrist and it was him. I stopped and looked down.
Both of us remained quiet. He pulled my arm and we walked to school hand in hand. I stopped half way and he stopped too. I struggled out of his grip and ran to my classroom. My heart was thumping so hard. I could not love anyone anymore. I was being engaged.
I did not even know what my fiancée looked like. I did hope he was Genichiroh. Wait a minute! What was I talking about!? I have just known him for one day and I was falling for him. I sat in my seat and took out my books for lessons. I saw Genichiroh was coming into the class.
I have the same class as him. He sat in front which was the nearest to the teacher’s table. I looked at him with sad eyes and he was just staring at me. I looked out of the window and he sat down. My heart hurts. I wished that I have not met him. After lessons, I was the last to go for lunch as I was struggling to study.
“Do you need help?” Genichiroh asked out of nowhere.
“Yes, may be a little.” I answered while looking down.
He grabbed a chair and sat beside me. He taught me and I have all of my homework with his help. I heaved a sigh and lay my head on the table.
“Genichiroh-kun, sorry about this morning.” I whispered.
“I’m sorry too.”
“Please don’t tell anybody about the things that I’m going to tell you.”
“I won’t.”
“I’m engaged. I don’t even know who my fiancée is. I felt I was trapped in cage that was set by my parents. I feel nobody cares about me. Nobody knows how I feel.” I cried.
“Aki, I understand.” He placed his hand on mine.
I looked at him and he had a look that he really does understand. Genichiroh held me tightly and comforted me. I wrapped my arms around him and cried in his arms. He lifted my chin up and wiped my tears away. I felt like I have known him for a long time.
“I’m engaged too and it was not my decision at all. I was hoping my fiancée is you.” He said.
“Me? Why?” I asked.
“Because I have fallen for you.”
“Genichiroh-kun, but both of us are…”
“May be it was the both of us. You’ll never know.”
“I hope so.”
“Do you want go to train tonight?”
“Yes, for some serious work.”
“Alright, I’ll be there too.” He kissed my forehead.
“Okay…”
After school, I went back home and changed. I got ready for the training of Kendo. I walked there and there was Genichiroh and his father. I noticed my father was there too. My younger brother, Soujirou, waved and I smiled at him. He was only six and he was such a cutie.
He rushed to me and I hugged him. I walked to my father and sat beside him.
“Aki, this is your fiancée, Sanada Genichiroh.” My father pointed to him.
“Son, Miss Aki will be your future wife. So, please take care of her.” Sensei pointed to me.
Genichiroh and I were staring at each other and we did not even know that both of us were already engaged with each other. I smiled at him and he did too. After that, I was left by them and I was alone with Genichiroh. We were training hard on Kendo. We trained until we could not stand and lay on the floor.
I took off the headgear and I was sweating profusely. I took off every gear that was needed in Kendo, but with the traditional clothes on. I was able to breathe normally. Genichiroh was already starting to doze off. I walked to him and bent down beside him. He smiled and I did too.
“Do you want to sleep?” I asked.
“Kind of.”
I sat down while placing his head on my lap. He reached up and touched my cheek. I held his hand and kissed his forehead.
“I told you that may be we’re together.” He said.
“Yeah, you’re right.”
“Aishiteru, Aki.”
“So that’s the reason for engagement. Aishiteru, Genichiroh.” I said and he kissed deeply and tenderly on my lips.

Hiroshi Yagyuu-A song just for you
/Nobara/
I was playing my guitar in the park which was next to the tennis court. I was wearing a red-checked short which was till my knees, a pair of black boots, a black t-shirt with a white cross in the middle of it. I wore chains around my waist and gloves as well as a black leather collar with a sliver cross.
The players in the court were playing pretty well. I have no interest in that though. I knew how to play but I rather spend my time playing and singing music. Then, I saw one of them was looking at me. I stopped playing and left the park. I took a glimpse of the person and it was a boy with spectacles.
He still looking at me may be. I did not bother anyway.
/Yagyuu/
I was looking at a girl that was playing the guitar. She was talented.
“Hey Yagyuu, what are you looking at?” My partner, Nioh, called.
“Nothing. Let’s resume practice.” I answered.
Both of us practiced tennis and it was quite late. My teammates went home first and I sat on the bench. I was resting and taking off my spectacles. Then, I heard footsteps. I looked up and it was the same girl. She tilted her head with an impassive look on her.
“You’re on my turf.” She started.
“Then, please excuse me for intruding it.” I answered.
“Fine.” She sat beside me and listened to her IPod.
She was blasting her IPod really loud and she looked like a gangster or a punk. She took out a book and read it as she brought her knees to her chest. She turned and faced me and took off her earphone.
“What are you looking at?” She asked.
/Nobara/
“What are you looking at?” I asked him as he kept watching me.
He remained silent and I stared at him for a while. I heaved a sigh and listened to my music again. He stood and I looked at him. He walked away with his tennis bag and I saw that there was a pair of glasses on the bench. It belonged to him. I wanted to call him but he had already gone.
I took it and placed it in my pocket. I walked the different opposite of his and walked to my favorite spot. It was the fountain that was located in the middle of the park. I sat there and enjoyed the breeze. That guy was like a gentleman. I hated those kinds of people. They loved to act so much.
I gazed up the silvery moon and counting the stars. It felt so calm here. I hoped that I would not have to go back to school. I studied in Rikkai Dai.
/Yagyuu/
I walked back home while thinking that girl. Then, I remembered that I forgot about my spectacles. However, I guessed the girl must have already spoiled it. I would have to make a new pair again. I went back home and greeted everyone. I did my night routine and lay in my bed.
I was thinking about that girl. Why do I feel like I have seen her before? Never mind, I have to train without spectacles tomorrow. I slept soundly. Morning came and I did my daily routine. I got ready and went to school.
/Nobara/
I was walking to school while holding the spectacles. I wished the guy would come and take from me. Then, suddenly, I bumped into a guy. Both of us fell backwards and I looked at the guy who bumped into me. It was the boy from yesterday.
“Hey, it’s you.” I pointed.
“Huh?” He responded.
“Here, your spectacles. You left it on the bench yesterday.”
“You helped me to keep it?”
“Of course I did. I don’t want anybody to spoil it.”
“Sorry, here let me help you.” He offered his hand as he stood up.
I gladly took it and smiled to him. He wore his spectacles back and he looked at me with confused eyes.
“What?” I asked.
“You’re in Rikkai Dai?” He questioned.
“Yeah, I’m in there, so you’re too?”
“Yes, I’m Hiroshi Yagyuu.”
“My name is Saishii Nobara.”
“So, do you want me to walk with you?”
“Yeah right, we studied at the same school.” I chuckled and punched his hand playfully.
“You’re right though.” He chuckled too.
Both of us talked, joked and laughed. He was a nice person than anybody that I have met. We arrived at the school gate and we went in. I earned some glares from his fans, but I ignored it. Hiroshi and I had the same classes for the whole day. The first was Biology. I hated it.
I was working so hard not to fall asleep in class or else I have detention again. I was laying my head on the table already. Hiroshi was sitting beside me and he kept knocking on the table softly just to keep me awake. At last the end of lesson, I was so tired.
“Nobara-chan, are you alright?” Hiroshi asked.
“Yeah, I’m just a bit tired.” I answered.
“You can sleep on my shoulder if you want.”
“Huh…? No… It’s ok.” I was blushing.
“Don’t hurt yourself too.”
How did he know that I cut myself? I hid it very well. Hiroshi allowed me to lie on his shoulder and I felt comfortable. I was sleeping but I could still hear what other people said.
/Yagyuu/
I saw that Nobara was sleeping soundly. She looked so beautiful this way. I could never imagine that she was the punk girl. I smiled at her and kissed her forehead. I went insane. What was I doing? I think that she would not mind. I lay my head on her and rest for a while.
“Nobara-chan, you make me feel strange.” I whispered.
“Really?” She asked.
“Yes, a gentleman will never do that to a lady.”
“Hiroshi thanks for being nice to me. Nobody had been so nice to me for a long time.”
“Nobara-chan…”
“Will you come to the park after school?”
“I have training so I can’t. I’m sorry.”
“It’s alright. After practice, please meet me at the bench where we first meet.”
“I will, promised.”
“Thank you, Hiroshi.”
/Nobara/
The school ended and I waved goodbye to Hiroshi. I ran back home and grabbed my guitar. I waited at the bench and after a few hours, Hiroshi came. He walked to me and I smiled.
“I’m sorry that I’m late.” He said.
“It’s ok.” I smiled.
“So, what did you call me for?”
“I want to sing a song for you.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, you’re the first to listen me singing.”
“Then, I’ll be honored to listen to you sing.”
“Thank you, Hiroshi.”
I started to sing and it was entitled 1/3 of my true feelings. After I sang, Hiroshi was staring at me. I was blushing. I looked down. However, Hiroshi lifted my chin up.
“That was beautiful.” He started.
“Really? I thought it was really bad.” I answered softly.
“No, it was great. Is it for me?”
“Yes, just for you.”
“Thank you, Nobara-chan.” He kissed lightly on my lips.
I was blushing so red and I was surprised that a gentleman like him had such passionate kiss. I returned his kiss and he wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Both of us parted out lips and I was still blushing. He chuckled and I pouted.
“What’s so funny?” I asked.
“You’re adorable when you’re blushing.” Hiroshi answered.
“Thank you and that song were just for you and no one else.”
“Then, would you willing to be mine?”
“Yes, of course!” I held him tightly.
“The song was just for me.” He caught my lips passionately in the night.

Nioh Masaharu-My hero
/Nioh/
I was walking down the corridors normally like I always did. Then, I bumped into somebody.
“Ow… Can you watch where you are going?” I asked as I was rubbing my head.
“I’m so sorry…” It was a girl and she stood and ran away.
“Hey, wait! What’s your name!?” I called but she was gone.
I did not even know how she looked like. I shrugged and walked to my classroom. I was settling down in my seat and I noticed that a new student was coming in. It was a girl. She gave the teacher a slip of paper and the teacher nodded.
“Alright, students, this is Ai Amaya. Please take care of her as she will be joining our class.”
The girl lifted up her head and she looked beautiful. She had long hair of black with auburn highlights and a pair of navy blue eyes. She bowed and said nothing. She was having a faint tint on her face. She looked cute that way. There was an empty seat beside me and Amaya was walking to me.
She sat beside me and looked down on the table. She took out her books and got ready for lessons. During the whole time, I caught myself staring at her.
“Nioh… Nioh!” I snapped out of my daydreaming and I saw an angry face of my teacher.
“Oh boy…” I muttered.
“Stand outside of the classroom now!” He yelled and pointed to the door.
I muttered something bad under my breath and walked out of the classroom I stood outside and thinking about Amaya. I knew that I have only met her. It must be my mind playing tricks on me. I leaned against the wall with my hands on my pockets. I stared up to the ceiling.
After a few hours, the lessons were over and everybody came out of the classroom. I went back in and I saw Amaya was still sitting over there. I packed up my things and she stood up. She passed me a piece of paper and I was surprised at her actions.
I took the paper and it was all the homework that needed to be done. She looked down on the floor with her hands holding together.
“I’m sorry…” She bowed and left for lunch.
“Hey wait, Amaya-chan!” I called but she was already gone.
Damned it! Why must she walk away whenever I called for her? I hoped to find her later. I walked to the canteen and ate my lunch. Then, I saw she was eating her lunch all alone. She was a quiet girl and I walked to her. I sat beside her and she looked at me with impassive face but with a tint of sadness.
/Amaya/
My classmate, Nioh, sat beside me. I wondered what he wanted. I looked down and he started to eat beside me. I looked at him confusedly and he smiled. I felt a bit weird in my heart like having butterflies in my stomach. I continued to eat and Nioh kept moving towards me.
I looked down and he lifted my head up. I stared into his green orbs and I was blushing. I pushed his hand away slowly. I stood and walked away from him. I was afraid of boys as I was almost taken by them. I was too afraid to talk to anyone. I changed to this school just to escape from them.
I went back to the classroom and sat there. I lay my head on the table and have my eyes closed half way. I was trying not to doze off.
/Nioh/
Amaya just left. What was wrong with me? Why did I bother her anyway? Then, I saw my friend, Yagyuu, walking to me.
“Hey Yagyuu.” I greeted.
“Hello and where have you been?” He asked.
“Nowhere. I’m here all along.”
“Good, and did you know there was a new student came here?”
“Yeah, I do. It was a girl.”
“I see. Well, I have to go.” He said and left.
“Weird gentleman.” I muttered.
I walked back to my classroom and found Amaya was lying on the table. I did not want to bother her now. I sat in my seat and she was sleeping. She looked adorable this way. Then, the teacher came in. I shook Amaya up and she woke up. She nodded to motion me thank you. I smiled and she looked at the table blushing.
After a few hours, the school was over and Amaya was packing up. She walked out of the classroom and just nice that I did not have any tennis practice. I followed Amaya.
/Amaya/
I was walking back home and I felt suddenly, I was grabbed from behind and dragged into the alley way. I was trying to scream. My bag was dropped on the floor and the kidnapper still dragging me to somewhere. I was keep trying to scream.
/Nioh/
I was following Amaya and she was gone. I looked around and she did disappear. I saw a bag was on the ground and I picked it up. I opened up and it was Amaya’s bag. I kept running and found a shoe was on the ground. It must be Amaya. She had been kidnapped. Then, I saw a man dragging somebody and I saw it was Amaya.
“Amaya!” I yelled.
The man looked to me and he took out a knife from his pocket. I dodged it as he charged to me and quickly carried Amaya away from this place. She was crying.
“Amaya, don’t worry. I’ll get you away from that kind of guy.” I said and kept running.
I kept running to my house and placed Amaya down on the couch. I was panting so hard. Amaya was looking down and looking sorry as well. I sat beside her and she looked away.
“You shouldn’t have saved me…” She started.
/Amaya/
“You shouldn’t have saved me…” I started.
“Why are you so quiet?” He asked.
“Huh?”
“You don’t talk in the school. Are you avoiding someone?”
“Yes, many of them.”
“Who?”
“Boys. I was transferred to the school because I almost lose my body…” I held myself tightly.
“I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to…”
“It’s ok…” I hid my eyes behind my fringes.
Then, Nioh embraced me tightly. I did not know how to trust him. I was struggling inside. I did not how it feels when liking somebody. Nioh released me but I was still in his arms. I blushed and he chuckled.
“Do you know how it feels when you like somebody?” He asked.
“No…” I shook my head.
“Like this.” He held my hand and brought it to his heart.
His heart was thumping very quickly and he held my hand to his cheek. He was very red and hot. He embraced one more time and I was lying on his chest. I snuggled into his chest and it felt warm. He lifted my chin and kissed me in the lips. I was surprised but I relaxed and kissed him back.
It was passionate and gentle. Both of us parted our lips and gazed into each other’s eyes.
“Amaya, I know it’s a little early, but will you be my girlfriend?” He asked.
“Nioh…” I trailed off as he placed a finger on my lips.
“Not Nioh anymore. It’s Masaharu.” He smiled.
“Okay, I will, Masaharu.” I embraced him, “My hero…”
I was walking down the corridors normally like I always did. Then, I bumped into somebody.

Mukahi Gakuto-A dance of love
/Gakuto/
I was walking along the corridors of my school. I peered into the dancing room and I saw the girl of my life. It was Saishii. She was dancing and she looked beautiful. I wondered how I am going to call her out. I kept watching Saishii dancing.
It was about an hour and a half, she came out and she saw me. Saishii waved and smiled at me. I waved with a faint tint across my face. She walked to me and greeted me.
“Hi Gakuto, watching the girl that you like dancing again?” Saishii asked.
“Yeah…” I answered while blushing.
“Well, let’s go and eat lunch.” She dragged my hand.
/Saishii/
I was dragging Gakuto’s hand and we went to the rooftop. I sat at the shade and Gakuto sat next to me. I took out my lunch box and ate. Gakuto ate his lunch and it was quiet. There was a soft breeze. I looked at Gakuto and he was in dazed. I placed my hand on his forehead.
He went red in the face and I was thinking why. Gakuto took my hand and placed it on his cheek. Now, I was the one blushing.
“Gakuto, are you feeling alright?” I asked while stammering.
“Yeah, why do you ask?” He answered.
“Well, whenever I look at you, your face turned red.”
“Oh… It’s because I want to tell you something.”
“What is it?” I asked while looking down on the floor.
“I… I…”
“Hey, Gakuto!!” I heard Jirou’s voice.
Both of us released our hands and looked away. Jirou appeared and I smiled at him. I stood up and walked away from them. I liked Gakuto, but I knew that he liked another girl. I bet it is Nodin. My name meant lonely and that means that I would be lonely for my whole life.
I walked to the tennis courts and stared at it dreamily. My hand held the fence and thinking of Gakuto was always here flipping around. His playing style of tennis was acrobatics. I loved the way he jumped and leaped. He was flipping and showing off his acrobatics moves for me.
/Gakuto/
I heaved an annoyed sigh as Jirou came. I was trying to confess to Saishii. Jirou was staring at me and I ignored him. I shoved my hands into my pockets and walked away to the tennis courts. I saw Saishii was over there. I walked to her and she turned.
“What are you doing here?” I asked.
“Thinking of you flipping there and here for me.” She smiled.
“Oh, do you want to see?”
“Yes, I want to!” She clapped her hands together.
“Well, meet me in the park after school.” I smiled.
“Thank you, Gakuto!” She hugged me lovingly.
I was blushing, but I wrapped my arms around her waist. I laid my head on her shoulder and she laid her head on mine too. I smell her scent and it was so nice to have her. I did not want her to leave. Saishii was a caring girl. She was not like Atobe’s fans that just wanted to be famous by knowing us.
She just wanted to be friends and viewed us as normal people. She did not play favoritism. I felt really different around her. I really loved Saishii. I released her, but still in my arms. She looked down and blushed. I lifted up her chin and kissed her on the lips.
I could sense that her eyes were wide open. I was laughing in my mind. Then, the bell rung. I parted our lips and I ran to my classroom. I looked back and she was still in a dazed. I winked at her.
“Don’t forget to come!” I waved and ran to my classroom.
/Saishii/
I touched my lips and I was blushing madly. So, Gakuto liked me, I thought he liked Nodin. I quickly ran back to my classroom and waited for the time for me to see Gakuto. After the classes, I packed my things and went to park immediately. I sat the bench and waited for Gakuto.
Then, I saw him. I waved and he ran to me. I smiled and he did too. I sat down and he placed his bag on the bench. He started to leap and flip. I kept clapping and it was amusing to watch him doing acrobatics. After a few minutes, Gakuto was tired. I took out tissue paper and wiped his sweats away.
“Oh yeah, I forgot to ask you something!” He sprang up.
“What?” I asked.
“Would you dance with me?” He offered his hand.
“Do you know how to dance?”
“Of course I do, I watched you dancing every time.”
“So, you’re watching me, not Nodin?”
“Yeah, you thought I like her?”
“Yeah, I caught you staring at her.”
“Ha-ha, that for tricking you.”
“Gakuto, you know that I like you too.”
“Really…? I ‘m sorry. I thought…”
I kissed his lips and I felt that his eyes wide open. I was sitting on his laps. He relaxed and kissed me deeply. I wrapped my arms around his neck and I did not care anything but him. I loved Gakuto. We parted our lips and Gakuto stood up and offered his hand.
I smiled and accepted his dance. Both of us dance with the sunset. This is a dance of love.

Oshitari Yuushi-Deep Love
/Fukai/
I was walking to the chemistry lab. I hoped that I would see him, Oshitari Yuushi. I knew that he would not like me that way. Yet, both of us were the best friends. I went into the chemistry lab and I saw that he was there. He looked up and smiled. I smiled to him too.
He was my lab partner. I walked beside him and placed my books down. It was already after school. We were just staying back for some stupid experiments. I was starting to wear the robe and goggles. I prepared everything and started to experiment on it.
/Yuushi/
I was staring at Fukai as she starting to do the experiment. She looked serious and focused. Fukai looked at me and a fainted tint appeared on my face. She smiled and continued on her task. I turned back to my task. I could not shake my mind off Fukai.
After 15 minutes, I saw Fukai was sitting down already. She has done her experiment. Fukai simply closing her eyes and appeared to be thinking of something. I was done and I sat down too. I was feeling uneasy with Fukai beside me.
“Yuushi, have you done?”Fukai asked.
“Uh, yeah, I’m done.” I answered.
“Okay, let’s go.” She smiled and stood.
/Fukai/
“Okay, let’s go.” I smiled and nodded.
“Alright, let me help you to hand in those assignments.” Yuushi offered.
“Thank you.” I handed my homework to him and I took off my robe and goggles.
Yuushi changed too and I waited outside of the door. Yuushi came out and we walked together. There was awkward silence between us. I did not know what to talk about with Yuushi. There was no training for him as he was a regular in the tennis club.
He gave the teacher our reports and we walked together out of the school. Both of us lived in different direction. We reached the cross road. I remained silence and he did too. Both of us faced each other with heads down. I took a step back and walked away without a word.
He did not love me that way. I controlled my tears from flowing out. Then, I felt somebody grabbed my wrist. I turned and it was Yuushi. I was surprised it was him.
“Yes, Yuushi?” I asked.
“Can I accompany you home?” Yuushi answered.
“Of course you can.” I smiled.
He held my hand and both of us walked together. We laughed, joked and played around. I jumped on his back and he gave me a ride. Yuushi and I laughed just like when we were little. I carried his bag and after a few minutes, we arrived at my house.
Yuushi placed me down and I gave him his bag. I smiled and he did too.
“Thanks for walking me home.” I said.
“No problem, whenever you need to walk home, just tell me and I’ll be there with you.” Yuushi replied with a smile.
I kissed his cheek and his face blushed. I giggled and he chuckled too. He kissed on my lips and I blushed. He parted and looked at me. I was blushing madly with a thousand of shades. Yuushi smiled and walked away. I waved him goodbye and he waved too.
I heaved a sigh, a delightful one. I went back to my house and did everything that I needed to do and sat on the bed. Then, the phone rang. I picked it up and it was Yuushi.
“Fukai, are you free tomorrow?” Yuushi asked.
“Yeah, why?” I answered questionably.
“I want to… Bring you to somewhere that I discovered just yesterday.”
“Really!? I love to!” I agreed eagerly.
“Alright, I’ll pick you at 10pm, okay?”
“Wow, that late?”
“Yeah, but it’s beautiful, so can you make it?”
“Yes, of course!” I said happily.
“Okay, see you tomorrow.” He replied and hung up.
I hung up and slept soundly. Then, it was morning and a Saturday morning. I did my daily routine and ate my breakfast. I sat on the couch and someone came and knocked the door. I wondered who it was this early. I opened the door and it was Yuushi.
“Good morning, Yuushi.” I smiled.
“Good morning, Fukai.” He smiled.
“So, why are you here? You said it was at 10pm.”
“I want to visit you, so I came here.”
“Doesn’t your sister know this?”
“She does, that’s why I’m here.”
“Come in.”
Yuushi came in and I went to the kitchen and prepared some tea for him.
/Yuushi/
I saw that Fukai walked to her kitchen and preparing something. I followed her and wrapped my arms around her waist. She flinched, but she relaxed after she knew it was me. Fukai laid her head on my shoulder and I lifted her head and kissed her deeply.
Her lips were soft and I was afraid to hurt her. Both of us grew up together and our feeling grew so much during those years. If I lose her, I would go crazy and die. Fukai pushed the things that she was doing away and I lifted her up to the counter.
Fukai wrapped her arms around my neck and I placed my hands on her thighs. Her legs were beautiful just like I wanted for the girl that I loved. After that, we were playing with tongues and I was winning as Fukai loved to play tricks with me.
We parted our lips and gazed at each other.
“Yuushi, I thought you don’t like me this way. I really never thought of this.” Fukai said.
“Fukai, I love you and no one can replace you.” I replied.
“Thank you, Yuushi.” She smiled.
“I love you deeply as your name is deep.”
She giggled and kissed me gently, forgetting the date of tonight.

Atobe Keigo-The Prideful one and Outcast
/Aika/
I was gazing out of the window, staring out to the sky. Teacher was giving out votes for partnering in some kind of project. I hoped I would work alone. I hated Hyotei Gakuen. I came here just for the education. I hated all the girls as they were obsessed with Atobe Keigo. That stupid, obnoxious, arrogant and rich idiot. He thought that he could do anything he wants. I hated the boys too, as they were the same as him.
I was labeled as outcast/Emo/Goth. I did not care. I loved the way they labeled me anyway. They knew that I cut myself, so what. I liked that so they would stay away from me for good. I was staring out of the window and the teacher came to me. He handed me a folded paper and I unfolded it.
The name was Atobe Keigo. I muttered a ‘shit’ and the teacher noticed it. He took a look and I sighed. I threw the paper at his hand and he caught it. I was the last one. Everybody was mumbling something about me. I knew it. Teacher walked to the front and announced the partners.
“Aika will be partnering Atobe.” The teacher said plainly.
“What!!?” Atobe stood and slammed the table, “This is unacceptable!”
“I’m sorry, Atobe, but this is will only last for one week. The project is to make a poll about anything.”
“Fine…” I mumbled.
Everybody was muttering about me and Atobe working together. I remained silent and it was lunch. I waited for a while and everybody left the classroom. Every girl said their ‘see you later’ to Atobe with their annoying smile. I lay my head on the table and sat there. I was not hungry at all.
I took out my poem book and wrote some poem. I hoped that Atobe was not looking at me. I hated his attitude and everything about him. I gazed to the sky again.
/Atobe/
I looked back and I saw the girl was watching outside of the window. I saw some red blood cuts on her wrist as her hand was supporting her chin. Why was she cutting herself anyway? There was nothing bad in this school or what. I did not understand why. Never mind, I did not care about her anyway.
I noticed that there was a book on her table and she was holding a pen. Was she writing something? No matter, I have to go anyway. I have to stick with her for the whole week. What was her name again? I caught myself staring at her at times though. I walked out of the classroom.
/Aika/
I gazed the sky and have some aspirations for my poem.
/You’re annoying and I still love you/
Every single day, you come and bothered me without any reason.
What the hell is wrong with you?
What did I do to you that make you want to bully so much?
Yet, in the end, I still fall in love with you.
I hate you too, for making fun of me.
But, you said that you don’t know how to get my attention.
I was confused, what do you mean by that?
The answer is that you loved me too.
You’re annoying brat, but I still love you.
I wrote it down and I felt that I was writing about that Atobe.’ What the hell!? I do not like him. I repeat that I hate him a lot!’ Why did I write this poem anyway? Stupid Atobe, you made my mind go crazy in a bad way! I would make sure I will kill you in this week of project making.
It was already half an hour and I was still having the same class as him. Then, lunch break was over. I sighed and the students came back from the canteen and somewhere else. I saw Atobe came in with his friends. I hated them too. I lay my head on the table again and looked out to nowhere.
After that, the teacher came in and I looked up. Hours of boring lessons, it was time to go home. I packed my things and walked of the classroom. I did not say goodbye of anything to that Atobe. I ran straight home.
/Atobe/
That girl just left. How annoying yet I felt something wrong. Never mind, I went home on my limo and walked back to my room. I wanted to call her, but I did not want to hear her voice. Even though I never heard before, alright, now I am gibbering.
I called her and waited for a reply.
/Aika/
I went home and took a shower. I wore my casual clothes. Then, the phone rang. I walked to it and picked it up.
“Hello?” I asked.
“Are you Aika?” I heard Atobe’s voice.
‘Kuso… Why didn’t I check the ID call just now? I’m so stupid!’
“Yeah, what do you want, Atobe?” I asked annoyingly.
“I know that you hate to be with me as much as I do, but I never fail in a project.” Atobe answered and I could imagine that he would make his hair.
“Uh-huh… So, what do you want? I don’t think that you call me just for this nonsense.”
“I want you to meet at my house tomorrow for the project…” He trailed off as I hung up the phone.
I walked away from the room and did my homework and blasting my music.
/Atobe/
I placed my phone away from my ear as she hung up. That Aika… I swore I was going to kill her. Did she knew that when to come to my house? Never mind, I would be at home for the whole day anyway. I did my homework and did my night routine.
I lay on my bed and placed my hands behind my head. I kept stopped myself from thinking Aika. Why was I feeling this way? I hated that feeling. I shook off the feeling and slept.
/Aika/
I dried my hair and sat on my bed as looking out to the night sky. I opened the window and a soft breeze came. At least I felt calm and soothing. There was no trouble. I lived alone but my brothers would send me money every month for my daily usage.
I have done my homework and just enjoying some soothing music and the breeze. I wondered what Atobe thinking was when I hung up. I watched the stray cat walking passed my window and jumped off the roof. I smiled at it and closed the window.
I lay on the bed and slept soundly. Morning came and I sat up. I loved to stare out to the sky a lot. I looked at the clock and it was nine. I stepped out of bed and did my daily routine. I made some breakfast and ate it. I made lunch too, just for me later.
I wore a black short with two silver chains and a black T-shirt with a white cross on it. I wore a pair of black fingerless gloves and a black hat. I wore the necklace which was a black leather collar with silver cross and silver chains.
I wore my black shoes and took my lunch along with my notebook and stationeries. I walked to Atobe’s house and I knew that his house would be very huge since he was rich. I rang the doorbell and I thought it was his butler that answered it.
“May I help you?” He asked.
“I’m Atobe’s friend, can I meet him?” I answered with a slight politeness when I said friend.
“Oh yes, are you Miss Aika?”
“Yes, I am.”
Then, the door opened and I was stepping into his courtyard. It was beautiful but I did not want to lose myself in front of him. I saw Atobe walking to me. I pouted and tilted my head to one side without looking him.
“Well, you did come to Ore-sama’s house.” Atobe started.
“Yeah right, I just want to get this over with.” I answered annoyingly.
“Alright, follow me to my study room.” He walked away.
I followed him and I looked around his house. It was a big mansion but I felt lonely in this huge place. We arrived at his study room and I sat down on the couch. Atobe sat beside me. I wanted to speak but I was the quiet one in school as well as at home.
“Let’s do Greek History.” He started.
“Yeah sure.” I agreed plainly.
“Hey, you don’t care about anything, do you?”
“Yeah, I don’t care. I hate it. I hate my life.” I answered sadly.
“Oh…”
I took out my notebook and wrote what he had said in the next few minutes. Then, there was an awkward silence. I looked up from notebook to him. He stood there looking at me. I stared at him confusedly and he sat beside me. I moved away from him and walked to the window.
I gazed out of the window and placed my hand on the glass.
/Atobe/
Aika was quiet and beautiful. What was I talking about!? Her skin was fair and her hair of black with red and white highlights fitted her features. I felt strange with Aika. I stood behind her and wrapped my arms around her. She pushed me away and looked at me frightfully. Aika looked away and ran out of my room and house.
What did I do? She left her things here. It was a book and a box. It was a lunchbox and her poem book. I read the poem and she wrote:
/You’re annoying and I still love you/
Every single day, you come and bothered me without any reason.
What the hell is wrong with you?
What did I do to you that make you want to bully so much?
Yet, in the end, I still fall in love with you.
I hate you too, for making fun of me.
But, you said that you don’t know how to get my attention.
I was confused, what do you mean by that?
The answer is that you loved me too.
You’re annoying idiot, but I still love you.
Was she writing about me? I did bully her sometimes but I did not know that I loved her or anything. I did not know that she was… May be not, she just wrote this because she hated me to the core. I did not know. I felt confused because I did feel different with Aika.
She dared to yell at me in school and embarrassed me right in front of so many people. She dared to call me names right in front of me. I loved her attitude. I ran to find Aika and I found her at the park sitting on the swing, crying. I did not know what to say though.
I walked to her with my hands shove in my pockets. She looked up with teary eyes. I remained silent. Aika stood up and slapped me in the face. I was surprised and touched my cheek.
“I hate you… Why do you have to come into my life and ruined it!?” Aika yelled.
She kneeled down and cried. I lifted her head and kneeled down to her eye level. Aika slapped my hand away and ran away.
/Aika/
I ran home and I did not wish to see him. I did not want to! My tears just kept flowing and flowing. Why I met him in the first place? I ran back home and sat on the couch. I brought my knees to my chest. I kept crying and crying. I did not want to see him at all.
Why must he be in my life? I kept crying and crying. I cried myself to sleep on the couch. When I woke up, I was in someone’s arms. I looked up and it was him, Atobe Keigo. I pushed myself away from him, but he held me tight. Atobe kissed me forcefully and I kept pushing him away.
He slammed me on the couch and kissed me more forcefully. I wanted to protest but he stopped and gazed into my eyes. I looked at him with blushing face. Atobe smirked and I blushed even more. I moved my lips to his and kissed him lightly. I did not how to do it anyway.
“That was a nice one.” Atobe chuckled.
“Uh…” I stammered.
“Call me Keigo, be my girl.”
“Keigo…” I blushed as I was trying to say his name.
“Ha-ha, that’s better. I’m the prideful one with the outcast had an unexpected thing.” He chuckled.
“You’re idiot.” I pouted.
“Yeah, I know and thank you.” He said in his husky voice and kissed me with passion.
I was gazing out of the window, staring out to the sky. Teacher was giving out votes for partnering in some kind of project. I hoped I would work alone. I hated Hyotei Gakuen.
Eiji Kikumaru-I will make you smile
/Yamiko/
I was in the library, looking for some books to read. Almost all the books in the library, I have finished reading them. I wanted to find new ones. I hoped the school had new books. I was bored so I went out. I walked to the tennis courts and it was empty.
I took out my tennis racquet and started to practice on my own. I was too concentrated in this that I did not notice that someone was watching me. I ignored the person and continued to train.
“Yamiko, why are you ignoring me, Nya!” I heard Kikumaru’s voice.
“I’m sorry, Kiku-kun, I was too concentrated in the training.” I answered.
“Oh, it’s alright, Yamiko.” He smiled his cheesy smile.
I was known as the Icy Player. I was too cold and my face had no emotion at all. Most of the people would just run away from me. However, Kiku-kun was the only one that was not afraid of me. It kept me wondering for a long time. Yet, I liked being with him.
I did not know why though. He ran to me and gave me something.
“What is it?” I asked.
“Open it and you’ll like it.” Kiku-kun said.
I accepted it and opened it. It was a bracelet with a cross. I loved it. I looked at Kiku-kun and he was blushing. I looked down. Why must he treat me so well? I was not worth anybody’s time.
“Yamiko, I don’t want to hear you say you don’t want it, because I want you to keep it.” Kiku-kun said.
“Well, thank you.” I said with my emotionless face.
“I’ll bring you to somewhere it will lighten you up.”
I nodded my head and I packed my things. Kiku-kun pulled my hand and both of us ran to a huge box. It was the one that was shipped on cargo ship. He leaped on top of it and he offered his hand. I took it and he helped me up. It was sunset.
It was beautiful. I was holding on to the bracelet. Kiku-kun looked at me and helped me to wear it. He tied it to my wrist and my tears were flowing. It dropped on Kiku-kun’s hands. He was shocked to see me cry.
“What’s wrong, Yamiko? You don’t like it?” He asked sadly.
“No, thank you, Kiku-kun, I really like it.” I answered.
“Then, don’t cry. Otherwise, people would think that I bully you.” He wiped my tears away.
“Okay…” I nodded and Kiku-kun was still holding my face.
I blushed and this was my first time. Kiku-kun was inches in and I was closing in too. Then, I felt his hot breathe on my lips. His soft lips touched mine and we shared our first kiss. He entwined his fingers with mine and I felt happy for real this time.
We parted our lips and I smiled for real this time. He smiled too and I lay my head on his shoulder. We stayed like this for a while. Then, both of us walked home, hand in hand. Now I knew why I liked to stay by his side, which was because I loved him.
“Yamiko, will you be my girlfriend?” He asked.
“Of course, I will!” I jumped on his back and he laughed.
“I’ve never seen you so happy before, Nya!”
“Thank you for making me smiles.”
“No problem, I love you, Yamiko.”
“I love you too, Kiku-kun.” I smiled and kissed his cheek.

Fuji Syusuke-A genius that loves a Goth doll
/Kei /
I was cutting myself again. I hoped that Syusuke would not know about it. He was my best friend and he hated me when I cut myself. I sighed when I thought of him. He cared but I always neglected his feelings. I did not wish he would make friends with me.
Then, I heard footsteps coming towards the rooftop. I cleaned up the mess and threw the penknife away. I brought with me some bandages. I dressed my wounds and I stood up and gazed up to the sky. Then, someone tapped on my shoulder. It was Syusuke.
I hugged him tightly. He wrapped my arms around my waist. I smiled and he did too. His infamous smile always melts my heart but I knew that he did not love me that way. I released my arms slowly and hesitantly. Syusuke noticed something was wrong about me.
“Kei, are you alright?” He asked with concern.
“I’m fine, don’t worry.” I answered with a fake smile while looking down.
/Syusuke/
I knew something was wrong about Kei. She seemed sad and depressed. I looked at her wrist and I noticed there was blood stains. She cut herself. Why must she do this to herself? I did not want to see Kei suffered. She released and walked away.
I grabbed her wrist and she flinched. I quickly retracted my hand. She smiled at me with a little pain. I felt sorry for what I did. Kei walked to the door and faced me with one eye to be seen. Kei looked at me confusedly, but I smiled and held her hand.
I loved Kei, but she did not know.
/Kei/
Syusuke held my hand and it felt soft and warm. It was after school. I took my bag and saw Syusuke was standing at the gate. I waved and ran towards him. I saw him smiled. I loved his smile so much. He held my hand and I smiled to him.
We talked, joked and laughed along the way of going home.
“Kei, do you want to eat dinner with me?” Syusuke asked.
“Huh? But…” I trailed off.
“No, silly. You and me, eating out tonight.”
“But, Syusuke… I…”
“I’ll pick you up at 7, alright?”
“Tomorrow is a Saturday, right?” I asked.
“Yeah, that’s why I ask you for tonight.” He smiled.
“Alright, I love to!” I held him.
I knew that I could never love him that way. He had already loved another girl. He had been asking me on how to ask her out. He wrapped his arms around me and laid his head on my shoulder. I smiled and pushed him playfully. He smiled with a little evil and started chasing me around.
I ran and ran around. Then, he embraced me from behind and that stopped me from running. We walked back home, hand in hand. I kissed his cheek and went into my house and prepared for the date.
/Syusuke/
Kei kissed my cheek. I reached up and smiled to myself. I quickly walked back to my house.
“I’m home.” I said.
“Welcome back, Syusuke.” My sister greeted, “Are you going to eat dinner tonight?”
“No, I’m going out.” I answered.
“Oh, with whom?”
“It’s a girl.”
“My, Syusuke, is it the girl that you always talk about?”
“Yeah, I need to get ready. I promised her that I’ll pick her up at 7.”
“Alright, go and get ready. You’re going to be late.” She smiled.
I took a bath and changed into my best clothing. How I wondered what Kei was wearing. I wanted to confess to her tonight. I walked downstairs and said goodbye to my sister. She smiled and the door just opened.
“Big bro, where are you going?” Yuuta asked.
“He’s going on a date with a girl.” My sister answered.
“Well, see you later, Yuuta.” I waved and went to Kei’s house.
/Kei/
I took a quick bath and wore my best dress. A dark purple dress which stopped a little above my knees. I wore long purple gloves and wore a pair of black shoes. I let my hair down and at this moment, someone rang the doorbell. I guessed it must be Syusuke.
I walked to the door and he looked so handsome. I smiled and he smiled too. I closed the door and held hand with him. I was mesmerized with his eyes. He had them open. It was as beautiful as it was as blue as the sky.
“So, Syusuke, where’re we going?” I asked.
“To Kawamura’s sushi bar.” He answered.
“I know you would go there.” I smiled.
“Really, why?”
“You love wasabi-filled sushi.”
“You’re right on that.” He chuckled.
“So, your treat?” I asked.
“Yeah, on me.”
Both of us arrived at the sushi bar and Kawamura greeted us.
“Fuji, Kei, are you two dating?” He asked.
“Well, sort of.” Syusuke joked.
“Syusuke, don’t joke about it.” I nudged him playfully.
“Alright, take a seat and the dishes will arrive soon.” Kawamura laughed.
Both of us took a seat where we had our private space. Then, the dishes arrived soon after. Both of us ate and challenging each other on who eats the most wasabi sushi. I lost to Syusuke as I could not take it anymore. I drank as much water as I could.
“You know that I would lose!” I said while pushing him playfully.
“And we did bet on this.” He smiled with a hint of mischievous.
“Uh-oh…” I trailed off.
“Yeah, the one who wins will have to kiss the lose one.” Syusuke approached me with an evil grin.
My back was against the wall and panting heavily. Then, Syusuke moved inches by inches in. My body was under his and he had his eyes opened. I could feel his hot breathe on my lips and I waited for it. I did not wish to struggle. His soft lips touched mine and I melted in his kiss.
I did not know how to react. He licked my bottom lip and I felt so strange. I opened my mouth unconsciously. His tongue slowly moved in and I played with him as well. I felt so good with it. Syusuke pulled me and I was sitting on his lap. I wrapped my left arm around his neck and right hand on his cheek.
He trailed his fingers up and down my thigh. I did not care and kept French-kissing him. I do love him. It just that I would not admit it.
/Syusuke/
I loved Kei. Just like her name, rapture and reverence. She was well respected by me and she was my ecstasy. I really did not want her to leave. Both of us parted our lips and gazed upon each other’s eyes. I smiled at her and she did too.
“Kei, promise me something.” I started.
“Yes, Syusuke?” She whispered.
“Don’t hurt yourself anymore and be my doll.” I answered.
“But…” I captured her lips with mine again.
I did not want to hear no. I wanted to hear yes. I love you, Kei. I parted again with her in a dazed. I chuckled and she blushed. She looked adorable like this. Kei nodded.
“You’re my Goth doll and I love you.” I cooed.
“Then, you’re my genius and I love you too.” She answered.

Kajimoto Takahisa-There’s no way that a masterpiece would love a sketch, but you did
Being a masterpiece in Jyousei was a good and worth of honor. Yet, I am not one. I liked a boy named Kajimoto Takahisa. I’m Tennis regular in Jyousei High School. Being in this school was the best thing that ever happens to me.
Takahisa was a good friend of mine as well as others regulars, yet my tennis skills could not match up with them. Aoi Hanamura is our coach and my cousin. She is strict yet caring about the tennis team. Yet, I could not be the masterpiece in her eyes or moreover, in Takahisa’s eyes. Yet I heard that he said that he would never love a sketch such as me as I heard that he said my name.
I was crying inside. Yet, I was still pretending to be his friend. I was walking to my classroom and saw Takahisa was sitting alone in there. I guessed I was a bit early. My seat was beside his, so I sat down.
“Ohayo, Mizuki.” He greeted.
“Ohayo, Takahisa-senpai.” I smiled and I was the only one that could call him by his first name.
As teacher and students had not come yet, I took out my homework and rushed through. Takahisa was watching me and I looked at him. He smiled and that made me blushed of a thousand shades.
“You don’t know how to do?” Takahisa asked.
“Not really. May be some of them.” I answered while looking on the floor.
He dragged his chair and sat nearer to me. I was confused. He took out his homework and started teaching me. I smiled and listening carefully to what he had to teach. He could be good a teacher if he did not play tennis. I understood and started to do all the work.
He went to organize his paperwork. After 15 minutes, I have done all of my undone parts and lay my head on the table. I was so tired last night that I hardly even moved. I heard Takahisa chuckled and I pouted at him.
“What’s so funny about?” I asked annoyingly.
“You looked very tired, don’t you?” He answered questionably.
“Yeah, I was too tired from taking care of my baby sister.” I yawned.
He nodded and at this time, Wakato came in. He had his cheesy grin on his face and sat in front of me. I smiled a weak one to him and did not say good morning to him. I waved a little and went back to a little nap.
“Mizuki is a cute baby…” Wakato sang beside my ear.
“Stop it, Wakato. I’m tired.” I whispered.
“What’s going on yesterday?”
“She had to take care of her baby sister.” Takahisa answered it for me.
“Wow, looked like your sis stressed you out.” Wakato snickered.
“Yeah right, just let me sleep.” I dozed off.
/Kajimoto/
Mizuki looked cute when she was taking a nap. I forgot there was training today. Never mind, it would be after school. Wakato was sleeping on his table too. After half an hour, the bell rang and students starting to came into the class. A bunch of Wakato’s fan girls came to greet him. He woke up in time and greeted them all. I noticed that I kept staring at Mizuki.
I admitted that she looked adorable but her tennis skills still could not match up with us. I wanted her to improve. I saw the teacher came in and I shook her up. She rubbed her eyes and looked at me groggily. We all stood up and greeted the teacher and started the lesson.
After school, all of the regulars went to the tennis courts and trained. Mizuki was the best in her girls’ team, but weak in our boys’ team. She kept training until she could not anymore.
/Mizuki/
I kept training and training. I have to get better than Takahisa-senpai. He was my rival and my crush. If I did not better, he would look down on me. Then, Coach Hanamura came. Not to mention, she is my cousin. I hated when she called them masterpiece and emphasized her own masterpieces. I kept training and the rest of the girls were just watching the boys playing.
I have had enough and went to a wall to train. I hit the ball and it bounced back. I hit it again and this kept going and going. I noticed that Takahisa was watching me. I stopped and looked at him.
“Yes, Takahisa-senpai?” I asked.
“Why are you training here alone?” Takahisa replied.
“The girls are watching you guys playing. I was getting bored, so I came here.” I looked away.
“Are you sure that you came here to train?” He raised his eyebrows.
I remained silent and picked up the ball. I kept everything and walked past his shoulder. My hatred was growing so fast that I could not control myself. I was starting to hate him. I felt someone grabbed my wrist. I stopped and looked. It was Kajimoto Takahisa.
“What’s wrong? You have changed so much.” He started.
“How do you know?” I asked.
“You don’t smile as much as you did in the past. Whenever I wanted to talk to you, you walked away.”
“You’re an idiot… You don’t even know what you have said.”
“What?”
“Don’t act stupid. A masterpiece like you will never like a sketch like me.” I slapped his hand off and ran away.
/Kajimoto/
She heard what I said last time!? I… I was denying my love when Wakato asked if I like you, Mizuki. I was afraid that people will laugh at me. I ran to find Mizuki and found her. She was in the meeting room, looking at the picture that we took together.
There were tears dropped on the photo. I walked silently and hugged her from behind. She flinched as I embraced her. Mizuki turned around and I stared into her eyes. It was full of sadness. She looked away and trying to push me away.
“Mizuki, listen to me. I didn’t mean…” I trailed off and my cheek felt numb.
Mizuki slapped me. Her eyes were full of anger, hatred and sadness. She threw the photo at my face and ran away. I kneeled down and touched my cheek. She hates me now… What have I done? I picked up the photo and trailed my fingers down Mizuki’s face.
Mizuki, I really loved you. I did not mean to lie to you. My tears just flow out of my eyes. Mizuki... Why must I lie? I neglected your feelings. I placed the photo in my bag and walked out of the meeting room heavily. I was just walking on the road, with my hand shoved in my pocket.
I saw Mizuki was sitting on a swing in the park. She was looking down and I saw blood on her leg. I quickly rushed to her and took off my jacket and placed it on her leg. Mizuki looked up and I kneeled down. She looked away and stood up.
Mizuki ran away without any word. I tried to reach for her, but she was gone. My heart sunk. She would never love me back anymore. I saw that there was a penknife on the floor. I picked it up and noticed there was blood. Was Mizuki trying to kill herself? Now, she must be heading to the bridge now!
I quickly rushed there and I saw that she was falling into the deep sea. I rushed forward to grab her, but I could not.
/Mizuki/
I plunged into the water. I opened slowly as water rushed into my life. Air bubbles reached to the surface of the water. My arm was reaching out to no one. No one cared about me. Not even my cousin, Aoi, not even my loved one, Kajimoto Takahisa.
My lungs were burning without air. Then, a gush of water came. My eyes could not hold on anymore. Yet, I felt someone was wrapping his arms around me. It made me feel safe and protected. I closed my eyes and waited for the eternal darkness.
/Kajimoto/
I carried Mizuki out of the water and walked to the shore. I lay Mizuki gently on the sand and I sat beside her, panting heavily. She wanted to end her life because I lied to her. I looked at her with sadness. I bent down and kissed her lips softly.
/Mizuki/
I felt something soft on my lips. I opened my eyes and it was Takahisa. He was kissing me. Yet, my body was controlling my mind. I slowly wrapped my arms around his neck and he seemed to know that I was awake. He wrapped his arms around my waist and deepened the kiss.
Soon, we were playing with tongues entwining together. Both of us were wet from the water, but we did not mind it. Takahisa parted his lips and gazed into my eyes. It was only a few inches from my face. I reached up and touched the place that I slapped him.
“I’m sorry…” I muttered.
“It’s ok. I deserved it anyway.” He smiled.
“But…” I trailed off with his lips on mine.
“A masterpiece will love a sketch because a sketch is the masterpiece to begin with.” He whispered.
“Yeah, you did.” I smiled and both of us kissed passionately with the sunset.

Kunimitsu Tezuka-I lost you, but in the end, I earned much more from you
/Yuki/
I lost a friend because of a sport named Tennis. Both of us loved tennis a lot that we have the same goal. We aimed to be the best, the champion. Yet this was over. His time was placed on tennis as his priority. He had closed his eyes to me. I called for him, but he ignored. I learnt to hate him, Tezuka Kunimitsu.
I was staring out of the window, gazing at the sky. I did not want to see that face. He was sitting beside me, right beside me. We never talked to each other anymore. Even though sometimes, he did try to talk to me. I ignored him and walked off. I have not quit tennis, but I did not care what orders he gave me.
“Don’t let your guard off!” That was what he always said to his team. I hated those five words. Then, the bell rang. It was time for P.E. I hated this period because this was the time that I would spend my time with him, Kunimitsu Tezuka. I went to my locker and took my clothes. I went to the bathroom and changed.
All of us gathered at the Tennis courts and we were lined up. He was standing beside me. I looked away and focus on the teacher. I heaved an annoyed sigh. Then, our teacher came and asked us to play tennis and it was double plays. I did hope that I would get pick and to be with him.
“Ahh! Tezuka-kun, partner with me!!” A girl screamed.
“Tezzy, play with me!!” Another girl shrilled.
“Alright, quiet down. I’ll distribute you to your partners.” The teacher announced and it was a relieved to me, “Yuki, you’ll play with Tezuka. Yumiko’ll play with Mike. All four of you go to Block D to compete with each other.”
My heart sunk. I did not want to be with him. This was my worst day ever in life. I stood beside him and looked away. I ignored him and sat down at the side. I bought my knees to my chest. I did not want to see his face. I felt sad around him. I did not want to hold the racquet anymore. Then, I heard footsteps.
I lifted my head and it was Tezuka handing me a racquet. I looked down and stood. I walked past him and left the court. I told the teacher that I was not well, so I was excused, but I still sat down at the bench watching him was being clomped by his fan girls. I was crying because I really lost a best friend to this sport.
Ironically, it was our favorite one. My tears just could not stop. I hated him so much. Tezuka was looking towards me and in his heart, he felt strange and guilty for some reason. He never saw me this way before, not even after we have broke off our friendship.
It was starting to rain and the teacher cancelled the lesson. We all changed back to our uniforms. I slowly walked back to my class, but I was stopped by his fan girls.
“Don’t you dare take my Tezuka away!?” A girl with blonde hair screamed.
“Yeah, he’s mine!” Another girl with pony tail yelled.
“Take him if you want. I don’t care about him.” I answered and left without another word.
What I did not know was that Tezuka was standing in the corner listened to it. It hurts his heart so much. He wanted to confess to me, yet it was the sport that destroyed the friendship between the two of us. During lunch, I was eating all alone. Then, Fuji approached me.
“Hey Yuki, are you okay?” He asked.
“Yeah, I’m fine, don’t worry.” I faked a smile.
“I don’t think you are.” Fuji answered with concern while sitting next to me.
“I’m fine, Fuji. I just need some alone time.” I replied and walked away.
I went to the rooftop and sat down in a shade. It was still raining and I did not care if I was wet or not. I simply wanted to get away from Tezuka. I hated him so much that I was starting to hate my friends too. I did not want that to happen. Then, Eiji came.
“Nya… Yuki, don’t sit in the rain! You’ll going to be sick!” He grabbed my arm and brought me into shelter.
“Eiji, it’s ok. Nobody cared anyway…” I answered sadly.
“Yuki, you’ve changed a lot since you broke up the friendship with Tezuka…”
“I know and I don’t want to hear his name anymore. Please tell Coach Ryuzaki that I won’t be attending the training today.”
“Yuki…”
“I’m sorry, Eiji…”
Eiji was thinking that I have changed a lot since Tezuka… There was no way for mending it for me anymore. I did not want to see him or hear his voice. I just wanted to get away from him. I went back to the class and the teacher was surprised that I was wet from the rain.
She allowed me to go home early since I was looking quite sick. I took my bag and went home. The moment I stepped into my house, I sat on the couch and cried softly. I brought my knees to my chest and looked at the scars that I inflicted on myself. I hated it. Why must I face him every day?
/Tezuka/
I was looking at the empty table that I sat next to during classes. I felt empty without Yuki around. She did not even want to face me during classes. Both of us have gone through so much. I decided to visit her after training. After school, I went to the tennis courts and saw my teammates were there.
“Tezuka, Yuki is not coming for training today.” Eiji said.
I simply nodded and asked my teammates to run 30 laps around the courts. They did and I was keeping a constant time check. Yet, I could not stop myself thinking of Yuki. Coach Ryuzaki approached me and said something.
“Are you going to visit Yuki later on?”
“Yes.” I answered.
“Good, she’s been acting weird lately and I saw some scars on her hand as well.”
She cut herself? I was so dense that I did not even realize it. I was feeling so guilty now. I asked for an early leave for the training and Couch agreed to it. I quickly changed and went to Yuki’s house. She lived all alone in her house, except her brothers would visit her every now and then.
I arrived at her doorstep, yet I was hesitating to knock the door. I did not know why. I knocked on the door and waited for a reply.
/Yuki/
I was cutting myself when I heard someone knocked on the door. I cleaned up the mess and tidied up the room. I walked to the door and it was him. I looked down and trying to hold my tears back.
“What do you want?” I asked with an unwelcoming tone.
He remained silent and I stared to the floor. I took a step back into my house and going to close the door if he did not answer. I waited for 5 seconds and still he did not answer. I could not take it anymore and closed the door, but it was stopped as Tezuka placed his hand on the door.
“Yuki, I want to talk to you.” He answered.
I hesitated but I opened the door and led him inside my house. I sat at the couch and looked away from him. He sat beside me and there was an awkward silence.
“What do you want to talk about?” I asked and broke the silence.
“About the two of us.” Tezuka answered and I was shocked, yet did not turn to look at him.
“We’re over. I did tell you that.”
Tezuka remained silent. My tears were flowing but my fringes were covering my eyes. I felt I was being pulled and I was facing his chest. He held me tightly. I did not want this to happen. I hated it… I tried to struggle out, but Tezuka only embraced me even more.
I relaxed in his arms after a while. We were not friends anymore. He lifted my face and he saw that I was crying. I noticed that he saw the cuts and I covered my wrist. I did not want him to know about this.
“Leave me alone.” I muttered.
Tezuka did not budge and I really did not know what he wanted from me. I hated him so much. Then, he kissed me on the lips softly and gently. I was staring at him with widened eyes. What was he doing? I did not want his love. I admitted that my feelings were getting stronger towards him. I was depressed when he left me.
He parted his lips, but it was only a few inches from mine. He wiped away my tears with his thumb and I was still in dazed. I looked down at the floor with a light red past my face. Why was he doing this to me?
“Don’t let your guard down… I love you.” He whispered.
“Kunimitsu…” I went soft and embraced him closely.
He kissed me passionately and I knew something. I lost you, but in the end I earned much more from you.

A brief encounter
A brief encounter
This is my first encounter with animals that I ever hoped to see in my life, and it was someone that created this opportunity for me. May be seeing this animal is a common thing but this animal saved us from danger.
The ocean is full of marine lives and danger as well. Even so, Cyrus and I loved the ocean as part of us. We loved to sail and surf. We did not know why we are attracted to the blue water so much. May be because of the stories that we have read in the story books and not many people understand the world of underwater.
Both of us were lying on the velvety golden, watching the sun rise. The arrows of light brightened up the cobalt sky and soon, waves were dancing at our feet. We felt the soft breeze washed over our face and lushes of waves cooling our legs. The golden sand seemed to be more dazzling with the beautiful light shining on it. It was the most relaxing time that I ever have since I was born as a city girl.
As for Cyrus, he was the son of a millionaire. His butler, Robert, came and gave Cyrus the key to drive a boat. He pulled my arm and suggested that we should see dolphins as he did not want to waste our summer vacation in his own island. He and I abroad his personal boat and he drove out to the sea. I bid farewell to the land and I saw endless of azure horizon.
“Hey Anna, look, dolphins!” He pointed to my right.
I turned and saw majestic yet playful dolphins dancing in the water. There was even one getting closed to the boat. I bent down to it and touched its snout. It did not bite and it seemed to trust me. Cyrus stood beside me and touched the cute animal’s snout. Both of us smiled and the dolphin started to play tricks for us.
We sat on the boat and I took photos of the family of the dolphin. They were performing for us. It was like all happening just for me and Cyrus… I felt a hand was on mine and it was Cyrus. I blushed and looked away from him. I stood on the boat and tried to ignore him.
“Anna, look out!” I heard he shouted as the boat rocked roughly.
I plunged into the deep azure graveyard. Bubbles appeared and disappeared again. I was trying not to open my mouth as I did not want to be drowned. I quickly swim myself up and shot out of the surface. I took a deep breath and there were sharks around me.
“Anna! I’m coming!” I heard Cyrus yelled anxiously.
“No, you’ll die!” I called back as I did not want my best friend to die.
The sharks were approaching closer and closer. I knew this was my end. I did not want to die here. I felt a little nibble on my thigh. It was not painful, but I knew that was the signal that the sharks ‘tasted’ me. I have to stay calm yet I could not. Adrenaline rushed through my body as the sharks were getting closer and closer.
‘Will I die here…?’
If I am lucky enough, I might just lose one leg or arm, if not…That would be the end of me. All of the suddenly, I saw something slammed the sharks aside. It was the dolphin from before. It was trying to save me. Bubbles floated to the surface as the dolphin’s family saving me from death. I quickly swim to the boat where Cyrus is.
He jumped into the water and grabbed my hand. Both of us swim back to the boat yet there was more to it. Some of the sharks were ‘guarding’ the boat and we were surrounded by them. We heard a call from the dolphins and they were dashing towards the sharks. There was an opportunity for us to escape.
Cyrus grabbed me and swum back to the boat. He started up the engine but I was worried about the dolphins. After thirty minutes of driving the boat, we reached the shore and we just collapsed on to the sand. Both of us were still being traumatized by the event we just been through.
I looked back to the sea and there was no sign of the dolphin that saved our lives. May be it had defeated the sharks and went away with its family. I scanned the ocean thoroughly yet there was no sign of it. I hoped that the dolphin was safe from harm.
Cyrus and I were the sole survivors.

Peace
Peace
You are the peace in my heart. Without you, my heart was in a mess. No one could replace you in my heart. Without you, my mind is in chaos. Wherever I am, in the urban city, in a noisy club, as long as you were with me, I could find peace whenever you are with me. There was no need to go to the beach or to have a romantic dinner in a high class restaurant.
Once, I was found to be blind. You did not leave me at all. Even if I could not see you, I could still feel the peace that you gave me all these while. Yet, I pushed you away, without even thinking of hurting you indirectly. I could never feel the peace that you gave me in the past. All of things that I thought of chaos came back.
I have lost my sight, my feelings, and most importantly, you. I yearned for the peace that you have given me in the past. Wherever I went, I could still feel you around me. To me, the peace was not gone yet. One day, there is good news for me. Someone was willing to donate his or her sight to me.
After the operation, I was able to see. The first thing that I wanted to see was you. Yet, you were not there. The doctor brought me to the church. I saw you were lying peacefully in the coffin. My heart sank into eternity darkness. I kneeled down and cried mournfully. The doctor explained that you died from a car accident. You have signed the documents and for donating your eyes to me.
After so many years, I lived with guilt and sorrow. No matter how much or how hard I tried, I could not forget the peace you have given me even if after death. I felt that you were watching over me. In my dreams, I could still see you being there. I kept reminding myself it was all a dream that I could see you right in front of me.
The peace that you have gave me since the day we met never disappeared. It was in my heart as my heart will always have a space for you to come back and give me the peace that I always yearned for. You are the peace in my heart forever.

Music
Music
The soothing music that you have played for me with your voice still wandering in my mind. No matter how much I did or how much I tried, I still could not forget your music that resided in your voice. Every time I felt stressed or troubled, you will sing for me. I loved the calm music in you. There was no need for radio or mp3 because I have you.
Once, on my birthday, you sang and given me a musical box that I had my eyes on it for a long time. I happily accepted it and listened to it since. You have modified it and allowed me to listen to your songs whenever I want. I really loved it.
Another time was that you and your friends sang together with me on the beach. All of us were so happy and sat by the campfire. You were playing a guitar and sang again, my favorite song. Whenever I went, I would always hear you were right there beside me.
Day by day, year by year, I was getting stressed of my work and school. I have to earn money to support my family and for school, I was working for my Master Degree. The music in me was starting to fade away.
There was one night that I was too tired. I switched on the radio and I heard you were singing on the telecast. I heard the message that you gave me.
“This is a song for a girl that I love so much. Even if we’ve broke up, I’ll sing for her no matter what…”
Tears of both happiness and sadness flowed out of my eyes and my heart was engulfed by my guilt. I turned the radio louder and listened to your voice. The long lost music in my heart and soul. I stared back at the photo that we had together in my hand phone. I remembered the bracelet that you gave me. The bells on it always remind me of you. I could not bring myself to take it off.
In the moment of happiness, I rushed down and flagged a taxi. In the matter of minutes, I was at the studio, looking for you. I saw you were singing in the telecast room. I ran in and you stood with amazement. I felt the warmth in your arms again.
You are the music in me, whenever I am.
